Problem after logging in

Hello, I’m trying to log into my cPanel Store account, but I get the message: “Your account cannot be used to register or sign-in.” I haven’t used the account for a while. Could you please help me restore access?

  Hey there!  The best thing to do in this situation would be to email our Customer Service team at cs@cpanel.net and they can check your account and help you get that working.
