payment problem
I paid for the SSL activation, and the amount was deducted from my card, but the service has not been activated.

I would like to note that the amount was debited from my card and some kind of "state" warning appeared on the screen. The service I paid for is currently in my "shopping cart". I made the payment with a card from Azerbaijan starting with "4127".
