I have execute a Linux command to update:

/scripts/eximup
-bash: /scripts/eximup: No such file or directory

Why is not working to update even it shows a version:

cpanel-exim-4.99.2-1.cp118~el8.x86_64

  Hey hey!  "eximup" hasn't been a valid command for several years.  What specifically are you trying to do on the server, or what problem are you trying to solve?  I'm seeing the same version on my system, just under the version 130 tier:

  [root@host ~]# rpm -qa | grep cpanel-exim
  cpanel-exim-4.99.2-1.cp130~el8.x86_64
