SiteJet canonical nightmare with Google
I have attempted to work with the SiteJet support group, <redacted names of Sitejet technicians>. I built a SiteJet site when it very first was released for a VPS server-connected domain as a test for future use of SiteJet for some of my clients.
That instance of the CMS produced an index.html page that included a canonical statement pointing to https://22b27e-72cfe.preview.sitehub.io/ that was then left unnoticed on the server for well over a year. Now, Google has that URL in its jaws and will not let go.
I have asked <redacted names of Sitejet technicians> to delete that object (I don't care if it breaks the CMS or not) and they have been saying for three months that they cannot do that. WHO CAN DO THAT FOR ME?
I am aware that this was a technical error with the rollout of Sitejet. I am aware that, rather than admit the error when discovered, someone simply shut up about it and let the cards fall where they may. They never admitted the error, which would have given me a simple opportunity to re-build the code post fix and solve the problem. Instead, by being unprofessional, they baked this error into my domain indexing with Google.
For the love of god, can someone delete https://22b27e-72cfe.preview.sitehub.io/

Hey there! I've reached out to the team to see what we can do! I'll report back as soon as I have more information.

I've been informed by Sitejet that the issue has been handled in the ticket and there is nothing else they can add at this time. I'm also going to lock this thread as you've been insulting toward the team members and I fear that future replies will just continue that theme.
