DNS Zone Records not populating in Zone Editor.

Trying to manage my zone records as I am trying to add to it and it is not populating when I go into the Zone Editor. Error message:

  Hey there!  The first thing to check for this problem would be the main cPanel log located at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log as I would expect that to give you more details on the issue.  Do you see anything there that is helpful?
