Site can’t be reached, and cPanel/webmail are inaccessible

Hello,
Our website is currently down and have error of DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN and we also cannot access the cpanel and webmail

  Hey there!  Without root access to the machine there isn't going to be anything you can do to resolve this.  You'll want to speak with your hosting provider about this issue and have them check the situation.  If you aren't sure who your host is this guide may be able to help: https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/cpanel-product/how-to-identify-your-hosting-provider/
