error when updating

Currently running Cpanel v11.110.0.112 on Centos7.9, trying to upgrade to 11.110.0.119 so I can elevate to AlmaLinux.
Get an error while trying to update:
E Blocker found: Cannot upgrade until needed system packages are installed: libtiff-devel, libxslt-devel.
Thanks for anything I should look for.

  Hey there!  I'm not seeing the -devel versions of either of those packages on a default CentOS 7 machine with cPanel.  If you're not actively using them for anything you can remove those and then continue with the ELevate process.

  Okay thanks I removed them and was able to continue.

  Maybe there is an additional package dependency that is expecting those to be there then.

  What happens when you try a "yum update" on the system?  You may need to have the Vault repositories configured if you haven't done so already: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/24571139547415-Could-not-retrieve-mirrorlist-http-mirrorlist-centos-org-on-CentOS-7

  Okay I was able to update to 11.110.0.119 to clear that from the elevation check. Now my only issue is /boot needs 200 M => available 95 M
  Do you have any support articles on how to increase the size of boot partition? Thanks
