Server Monitoring - Error loading monitors

On my desktop there's a section called "Server Monitoring" in the Statistics area and all it says is "Error loading monitors".

I don't even know what this is, but I'd like to either get it working of get rid of it.

How can I do this?

  OK - Under WHM -> Plugins I found there is a plugin called "Server Monitoring". (Which I don't recall installing). When I click it, it just says "Error: Server Monitoring is not enabled for your server. Please contact your hosting provider for access.".
