Two Factor Authentication
Good day Support
Trust all is well,
We have two factor authentication turned on, on our reseller account, but once you change to a different user, it asks for the two factor code, you can enter it multiple times and it will just reload and ask for the code again, this has happened after the last update.
We tried finding info on the forums, but had no luck.

Just to give some more insight, once you disable Two Factor, you can access any user again.

I have same issue, when login Cpanel with users list at WHM, I get `Enter the security code for “root”`. I enter correct code, timzone is match with server then page just reload.

Hopefully support will investigate and give us some feedback soon.

This is a bug in version 134.0.34 and there is currently no workaround.

Same here with the versions mentioned above.

I have a workaround solution that has been tested on multiple cPanel servers.
1. Log into WHM
2. Navigate to "Purchase and Install an SSL Certificate" section.
3. Click on the "Go to cPanel" button next to the account you are trying to access.

Our team is working on a fix and we hope to have it out shortly. I'll be sure to post once that is live!

The updates have just now been released with the fix, so you can update your server at this time.

Thanks Rex, can confirm this update works, when changing user account it requests 2FA, enter your main reseller account 2FA code and it will change to selected user.
Thanks for the prompt updates and fixes.

I've tried updating on the server, but it's still showing the same version 134.0.35, and when I click on the cPanel access icon on my client, already logged in as root, it still asks for a code that doesn't work for me.

Jorge Cores which update section did you use? There are 3 different update sections and you may have used the incorrect one.

Click on 134.0.15 And click on upgrade.
Maybe use another section, where?

Try with:
# /scripts/upcp --forcevia ssh
