Excessive resource usage: cpanellogin after Jun 2 update
Hello,
cPanel 11.134.0.34/35 - cpanellogin show_template.stor processes stuck for hours after cpsrvd/show_template update
After the cPanel update to 11.134.0.34 on Jun 2, I started receiving repeated LFD “Excessive resource usage” alerts for the cpanellogin user.
The affected process is:
/usr/local/cpanel/base/show_template.stor
Example LFD alert:
Account: cpanellogin
Resource: Process Time
Exceeded: 1831 > 1800 (seconds)
Executable: /usr/local/cpanel/base/show_template.stor
Command Line: /usr/local/cpanel/base/show_template.stor cpanel_locale docroot /usr/local/cpanel/base server_locale en default_login_theme cpanel
Killed: No

The file timestamps also match the issue start:
The first LFD entry appeared about 30 minutes after the Jun 2 update:
Jun 2 01:02:51 srv1 lfd: *User Processing* PID:1054178 Kill:0 User:cpanellogin Time:1845 EXE:/usr/local/cpanel/base/show_template.stor CMD:/usr/local/cpanel/base/show_template.stor server_locale en default_login_theme cpanel docroot /usr/local/cpanel/base cpanel_locale
Problem still continues on build 35.
Has anyone else seen cpanellogin show_template.stor processes getting stuck in this state after the recent 134 release updates?
Any confirmation or workaround from cPanel would be appreciated.

Hey there! This is a known issue we're tracking as part of case CPANEL-53105. For now, you can just whitelist that process so CSF/LFD doesn't flag it.
