Location of “SSL/TLS Status” page, same as "SSL/TLS Certificates" page?
I'm having some difficulty with an SSL cert not auto-renewing because mail.mywebsite.com does not resolve (it never did). The cPanel email "mywebsite.com: Potential reduced AutoSSL coverage" says
For the most current status, navigate to the “SSL/TLS Status” interface. You can also exclude domains from future renewal attempts, which would cease future notifications.
with a link pointing to https://mywebsite.com:2083/?goto_app=SSL_TLS_Status, but this just dumps me off at the cPanel tools landing page.
Is this the “SSL/TLS Status” page same or different from the "SSL/TLS Certificates" page that is listed in the cPanel tools?
Additionally, why all of a sudden does mail.mywebsite.com need to pass DCV when it never has before?
Additional context: we do proxy through CloudFlare.

Hey there! In recent versions of cPanel they have all been combined into the one tool, SSL/TLS Certificates. "SSL/TLS Status" no longer exists, which is why you're just reaching the main page.
All the subdomains that are configured on the SSL would need to be verified before they are issued as that behavior hasn't changed. Is it possible that subdomain was specifically created recently?

I don't think so. We have certificates in that had expired 2/15/26 and 4/17/26 that covered mail.* and generated no renewal failure warnings.
Is there a way to exclude that from the SSL, or separate it out, so that the rest of the subdomains (which includes www. ) can successfully renew?0 -
Sure - details on how to adjust that in the modern version can be found here: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/39532156504727-Unable-to-include-or-exclude-domains-from-AutoSSL-using-SSL-TLS-Certificates-interface

Thank you for that! Did some further investigating and it appears our issue with mail.mywebsite.com was due to it NOT being proxied thru CloudFlare while the other subdomains on that cert were.
