Location of “SSL/TLS Status” page, same as "SSL/TLS Certificates" page?

    Hey there!  In recent versions of cPanel they have all been combined into the one tool, SSL/TLS Certificates.  "SSL/TLS Status" no longer exists, which is why you're just reaching the main page.

    All the subdomains that are configured on the SSL would need to be verified before they are issued as that behavior hasn't changed.  Is it possible that subdomain was specifically created recently?

    I don't think so. We have certificates in that had expired 2/15/26 and 4/17/26 that covered mail.* and generated no renewal failure warnings. 
    Is there a way to exclude that from the SSL, or separate it out, so that the rest of the subdomains (which includes www. ) can successfully renew?

    Thank you for that! Did some further investigating and it appears our issue with mail.mywebsite.com was due to it NOT being proxied thru CloudFlare while the other subdomains on that cert were.
