Configure Redis as Securely as Possible
Hello everyone,
I have a server running CloudLinux + WHM/cPanel + LiteSpeed + Imunify360 + CSF, with 128 GB of RAM and more than 100 cPanel accounts.
I would like to enable Redis; however, I am aware that it can introduce security risks if it is not configured properly.
-If I enable it through "WHM/cPanel -> CloudLinux Manager -> Selector" and "WHM/cPanel -> LiteSpeed Web Server -> Cache Redis for Users (New Feature)", would you recommend any hardening or security measures?
-Is there anything in particular I should keep in mind to avoid security issues?
Thank you very much, and have a great day.

Hey there! cPanel's implementation of Redis uses containers, which provides a level of security between cPanel accounts so they can't read each other's cached files:
https://docs.cpanel.net/ea4/containers/redis-via-containers/
Other than that default setup, I don't have any advice related to security as we try and ensure things are as secure as they can be when we release them.
