Create new admin account
I am looking to create a new admin account for cpanel, so another user can make some changes as necessary without waiting for me. I don't see a way to do this in cpanel natively, and when searching I found out about the WebPros login. I'm not sure if that's the way to be able to create a new admin user, but I tried making a WebPros account and I wasn't able to log in with cpanelid (using either button, I don't really understand if I'm a partner or a store user).
Any help or guidance on this would be appreciated - again, all I'm looking for is just to add an admin user (ideally make an existing cpanel user into an admin). Thanks in advance!

Hey there! You're likely looking for the Manage Team feature:

which allows you to create sub-users for individual cPanel accounts with limited access.
If you're referring to WHM-level access, you'd want to look into reseller accounts:
https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/accounts/guide-to-reseller-accounts/
as those are limited admin accounts at the server level instead of the individual account level.

Thanks! This seems like a step in the right direction. I can't get into WHM though. It isn't enabled for me (there's no button for it), but I can get to it directly via URL. However, my cpanel username and password don't work there. Is there something special I need to do?
