Server Monitoring - No data

Hello,

The Server Monitoring was working correctly, but since yesterday, i notice in multiple servers that the agent is not sending any data.
The alert is "no data received in the last 15 minutes".

Tried reinstall the monitoring plugin, restart agent, cpanel service and check tokens. Nothing appears to work.

Also doesn't appears to be a issue with firewall, since was working before without any change.

Any issue know in Server Monitoring side?

  Hey there!  I'm not aware of any general issues with the server monitoring tools at this time.  The best thing to do in this case is to reach out through a ticket so your account can be examined and we can ensure everything is working properly.

  I don't know if is related, but i also have that issue with Apache Status page.
