Hey there!  I'm not able to reproduce this issue in Safari on either iOS or MacOS Tahoe.  I'm wondering if there is an issue with the connection at your location that doesn't like that specific connection type - could you try the iOS device through a different network to see if that changes the behavior?

The issue has been reported by two different customers, one in France and another in Germany, and both experienced the same behavior. I was also able to reproduce it myself using Safari (Version 26.2 (21623.1.14.11.9)) on macOS as well as Safari on an iPhone.

The affected server is running cPanel & WHM v134.0.37 (STANDARD) on Ubuntu 22.04.5, with the Reverse Proxy feature disabled. The issue happened after updating from 11.134.0.35 to 11.134.0.37.

I tested another server running the same operating system and the same cPanel version, and it works without any issues. Therefore, I am wondering what could be causing this behavior on the affected server.

I'm honestly not sure what would cause this on just one machine.  Would you be able to create a ticket so this can be investigated directly on that system?

We've got our team looking into the ticket that Moein submitted so hopefully we'll find something there soon.  Rodrigo Lopes you are also welcome to create a ticket if you'd like.

Rodrigo Lopes I would recommend opening a ticket. My result was quite disappointing with the ticket until now, as I got links to non-related articles and at the end, I was provided the alternative method which I wrote in my ticket as a working alternative, but no solution (or a reason) to the real bug.

The alternative is, as I mentioned here as well, using https://webmail.domain.com:2096 instead of https://webmail.domain.com.
