cannot login to cpanel accounts from WHM clicking on cpanel logo

Hi,

This is different to the other similar thread. When click on cpanel logo from List Accounts, it requires the account user and password (the other thread mentions root login).

It is happening on 2 of 3 servers, version STABLE 134.0.37. Updated to 134.0.38 and no changes.

    Hey there!  If you perform the latest update to 11.134.0.39 this should be resolved now.  Can you try that and confirm?

    Updated, and is solved. That was fast!
    I needed to manually restart cpsrvd on one of the servers, not the other.

    Sadly, it worked for a while, but is failing again.

    I am not sure if is relevant, but failing servers are hosted on OVH, while a Namecheap hosted server has not this problem.

    The specific hosting provider shouldn't matter in this case.  Are they both running the same cPanel version?

    Yes, I have everything on 134.0.40

    It would be best to create a ticket so this can be examined directly as I'm not seeing other complaints about this after the update.

    Could this be related to browser cookies ?
    I am on another PC now and is working ok.

    I suppose that is possible - if the session wasn't fully cleared from the browser it may not be getting the latest data from the server.
