Subject: Unable to Log In - Security Token Error
Dear Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with my email account on your service (the one associated with <redacted>. I am unable to log in to webmail because I keep receiving a "missing security token" error. This problem prevents me from accessing my inbox entirely.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could check the server-side issue, as I need to regain access as soon as possible.

While we do create the cPanel software, we don't host your server or site directly so I can't help get this resolved for you. You'll need to contact your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check the server that is managing your account.

Hi I also upgraded to cpanel version 136.0.23 still the same issue.

Since you were able to upgrade the system, I'm assuming you have root access to the machine, correct?
If that is the case, can you check the logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log and see what is shown there when you try to login? If this is happening on the main webmail page I would expect that log to show the error.
