Mailman Subscribers Retrieval

I hadn't used the email commands in a while, so I'm not sure how long this has been a problem.

If I address an email to listname-request@domain.com and do "who password" (using the list admin password), I don't get the subscriber list back. I get:

"See everyone who is on this mailing list.  The roster is limited to list administrators and moderators only; you must supply the list admin or moderator password to retrieve the roster."

Is this a known issue?

  Hey there!  Can you send me the exact steps you're using to test this?  It seems like this is working on a test list I created, so I want to be sure I'm following along with your steps for proper troubleshooting.

  Ah! I figured it out. The request message needed to be in plain text, not formatted/HTML. Sorry for the trouble.

  But as long as I'm here ... is the information at https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/19631720562583 still current?

  Probably - we're still using Mailman 2 so I wouldn't expect any of the core behavior to have changed since then.
