Mail Delivery Report Empty

Hi,

My Email delivery report was empty, after i check, it stop on June 14th..

if i query report before June 14th, it still show delivery report...

i check /var/log/exim_mainlog itu still logging until now..

i try to restart exim.. it still now showing in mail delivery report

i try enable disable eximstat on service manager, it now work too..

what should i do ?

  Hey there!  Do you see any more information about that page if you watch the main cPanel error log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) while viewing that page in WHM?  That would be the first place to check and see if there are any errors being logged related to this process.

  Hi,

  I already check error_log files, no related error log when i access https://domain.com:2087/cpsess9594125670/scripts11/emailstats_search

  Thanks for the additional details - it would be best to create a ticket so this could be investigated directly.
