cPanel Git Version Control doesn't get changes

I'm too annoyed about the GVC behavior. I have cloned my private project from gitlab, setted up the remote url and created a repository en cpanel pointing to the folder where the cloned repository is located.
It detects the history, ok, but when I push changes from my pc to my gitlab repo, and go to the GVC and click in Update from Remote in Pull or Deploy tab, the message I receive is
Information: The “test” repository is up-to-date.
What obviously is not correct, meaining on the GVC is unable to detect changes in the origin, then I have to use the Terminal to pull the changes, what doesn't have any sense.
Actually, GVC has any sense to exists in cPanel?

I was able to confirm the issue and I've created case CPANEL-54397 with our developers so they can get this resolved.
I've linked this thread to the case so I'll be sure to post an update if I hear anything on my end.

Hello, I have the same or similar issue. When I open the Git Version Control tool, click "Manage" for my repository, then click the "Pull or Deploy" tab, clicking the "Update from remote" button, I am greeted with the error "The system could not contact the remote repository". I would add that I already have version 136.0.32 of CPanel, so it would seem the issue has not yet been properly addressed in the 31 version. Hoping it can be resolved soon.
