Issue with Incremental Backup to Hetzner Storage Box using cPanel WHM

Hello,

We are using cPanel WHM and are trying to create an incremental backup to a Hetzner Storage Box. Unfortunately, this does not work.

A compressed backup works without any issues.

Are there any known limitations or restrictions when using rsync with a Hetzner Storage Box for incremental backups?

  Hey there!  I'm not aware of anything specific to Hetzner with regards to the rsync protocol, as I would expect that to work no matter the provider.  When you say "this does not work" are you seeing any specific error messages you can share?  Is there anything in the interface, backup log, or cPanel log that could give more details about the specific problem?
