cPanel File Manager Not Showing Website Files

Hi everyone,

I'm managing a WordPress appliance repair website, and when I log into cPanel, the File Manager sometimes doesn't show all website files correctly. I cleared my browser cache, but the issue still happens.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  Hey there!  Can you get me more details on what you mean when you say "correctly"?  Are there files that you know exist that aren't showing up, are you seeing things odd, or what specifically are you seeing that you don't expect?

  Without root access to the server you wouldn't be able to check the cPanel error log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) which is the most likely place to get details about this issue.  If that's the case and you only have cPanel access you will likely need to speak with your host to have them check the system for you.
