MySQL 8.4 LTS Repository Update question

When I ran dnf update today, MySQL 8.4.11 was offered from the LTS repository. However, the MySQL changelog still lists 8.4.11 as “Not yet released.”

Is there normally a gap between the repository and the published release information?

I am currently on MySQL 8.4.10

  AlmaLinux v9.8.0 STANDARD KVM
  cPanel Version 134.0.47

  It appears the changelog has now been updated to include the changes in MySQL 8.4.11. It looks like there was just a delay before it was published.
