Licence issue and cannot login to store.cpanel.net

we are experiencing a licencing issue and we cannot seem to log into store.cpanel.net
We get the following error when trying to login with our noc@pcn.co.za email address.

They may be a bit slower to respond on weekends. Were you replied to with a ticket number at all?
