Search function stopped working
The search function has stopped working on a specific account. Whenever I try to search, it fails.
I already clened old emails, as well the % of email usage is now at 66% but as much as I try to clear the email, the search function still doesn't work.
I use the webmail cPanel browser, not hotmail or any other service.
I already contacted cPanel via email twice and never got a single reply.

Hey there! When you say you contact us through email, what address did you use? For technical support you can create a ticket through WHM or through the support.cpanel.net portal.
If you only have access to the cPanel interface and not root access to the server you'll have to reach out to your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check the situation as you wouldn't be able to resolve the issue yourself.
Does the search give a specific error message or do you see any details in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when that failure happens?

Hello, it was via roundcube (which is the email web application that appears while using cPanel), but there was no reply. I'm going to send via ticker from support.
As for the error, after spending some time searching, it simply shows a popup stating an error occured and "Internal Server Error".0 -
Thanks for the additional details. If you're getting an internal server error in Roundcube you'll need to speak with your host as that isn't something you'll be able to fix with your cPanel access.

It sounds like the issue may be with the mail server or cPanel search index rather than your mailbox storage. Since you’ve already reduced the usage and the problem affects only one account, I’d ask your hosting provider to check the email indexing and server logs for that account. Rebuilding the search index may resolve it.
