EasyApache4 v25.78 Maintenance and Security Release

  • ea-apr-util
    • EA-13527: Update ea-apr-util from v1.6.3 to v1.6.5

    • EA4-294: Improve 428 technical-domain page query string behavior
 
  • ea-php84
    • EA4-299: Restore the -common subpackage description text that a stray dependency tag had overwritten

  • ea-podman
    • CPANEL-55309: Only enable systemd lingering for accounts that have containers, and release the linger grant once an account has none left
    • Security hardening fixes
 
Note that ea-apr-util is a build dependency of ea-apache24 and its modules, so this release also rebuilds Apache and the Apache modules against apr-util v1.6.5. Those rebuilds carry no functional changes of their own.
 
Note that ea-php84 and ea-php85 keep their current versions (8.4.24 and 8.5.9). The change to both is a packaging-metadata repair, so each gets a release bump rather than a version bump.
