My Cpanel Professional Email log out after 1 minute.

Hello Support, 

I have having issue with my site. I have professional email with Cpanel Shared hosting, The problem I'm having is log out after 1 to 2 minutes, It has been normal, now I am very disappointed with this, is there any solution for it?

  Hey there!  If you have a Shared hosting account there isn't much we'll be able to help with on our end.  You'll need to reach out to your hosting provider to have then check the issue.

  There is a "Cookie IP Validation" option in Tweak Settings, but only the root user/server owner would have access to see that: https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/server-configuration/tweak-settings/security/
