Webmail - Slow Sending Email

Hi,

When I want to send an email via webmail (roundcube), the "Sending message" status will take a few minutes.

This problem arises in the past few days. 

Why? Please advise.

  Hey there!  I'm not sure why I didn't see this message earlier, so I'm sorry about the delay.

  It's definitely odd that it would take a few minutes for this to send.  It could be that something is overloaded on the system or there are too many connections.  The first place I'd look for information related to this is the main mail log at /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if there are any obvious reasons for the slowness there.  You could also check the Roundcube log directly (https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360054983694-Where-can-I-find-the-Roundcube-error-log) to see if that shows anything related to the issue.

  In general, I haven't heard of this being a widespread issue so it is likely something specific to your environment.
