Incoming Emails not reaching my domain mail exchanger
I have a domain hosted on the 1-Grid Cpanel.
I set the account up over a month ago and while I have been able to SEND OUT emails from a test account which I created, I have never received any incoming emails from responses, and I have tried sending from several external emails.
None of the external addresses get an error response, the emails just disappear.
I checked the email logs on the domain and it shows the outgoing emails, and also the very first automated email which DID arrive, from cpanel which contained the account credentials. But there is no signs of any other incoming emails.
Any help ?

I do see that your domain's MX record points to the 1-grid mailservers, so I wouldn't expect any email to reach your individual server with that configuration:
