cPanel 138 Meridian packaging/dependency conflict with Docker CE

On cPanel 138.0 build 6, /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_plugin_pkgs automatically attempts to install cpanel-meridian-plugin, but installation fails because:

cpanel-meridian-plugin → cpanel-webapp-plugin → ea-podman → podman-docker

podman-docker conflicts with the installed Docker CE package:

problem with installed package docker-ce-3:29.8.0-1.el9.x86_64

The failure causes UPCP to report an error even though the main update-packages transaction completes successfully.

Can you guys please provide the supported fix for Meridian/WebApp dependencies on a server using Docker CE, without removing or replacing Docker?
