cPanel 138 Meridian packaging/dependency conflict with Docker CE
On cPanel 138.0 build 6, /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_plugin_pkgs automatically attempts to install cpanel-meridian-plugin, but installation fails because:
cpanel-meridian-plugin → cpanel-webapp-plugin → ea-podman → podman-docker
podman-docker conflicts with the installed Docker CE package:
problem with installed package docker-ce-3:29.8.0-1.el9.x86_64
The failure causes UPCP to report an error even though the main update-packages transaction completes successfully.
Can you guys please provide the supported fix for Meridian/WebApp dependencies on a server using Docker CE, without removing or replacing Docker?

Hey there! I did reach out to the team about this and confirmed that this is intended behavior and not something we're able to resolve on our end. We ultimately use the system's podman, so conflicts would be expected here as both can't be installed.
