SSL generation

I have a 15+ yr reseller acct with hostgator. My old partner admin is no longer able to see well enough to make any changes. So, I have assumed that role for the first time in 10+ yrs :-)
It seems that our acct used to allow us to install real SSLs on any site. But, now AutoSSL is not an available selection. All other sites on our server have proper SSLs. We have moved our main site now to HostGator (which was a BU just parked there forever) The new site is now live but missing SSL. HG evidently no longer has a direct Support link where they could just install the SSL. Been wrestling with it for a day... now hoping for some clues via WebPros.
