problema con server di casella di posta
Buonasera, da sabato non ci funziona la casella di posta REDACTED questo è l'errore che indica,
Impossibile inviare o ricevere messaggi per l'account Rampiniauto (ufficiovendite). Immessa una password non corretta. La prossima volta che invierai o riceverai messaggi, ti verrà chiesto di immettere il tuo nome utente e la tua password per questo account.

i dati sono tutti corretti, non ci fa entrare neanche tramite il vostro pannello, abbiamo cambiato la password ma non ha risolto il problema, cosa dobbiamo fare ?

Salve! Purtroppo non posso esserti d'aiuto su questo aspetto tramite il forum. Sembra che tu abbia accesso a un singolo account cPanel e non all'accesso root del server; dovresti quindi rivolgerti al tuo provider di hosting.
Sebbene siamo noi a realizzare il software cPanel, non ospitiamo direttamente il tuo sito web. Vedo che il sito è ospitato su Amazon, ma non saprei dire se il servizio sia fornito direttamente da loro o tramite un rivenditore; in ogni caso, contattare Amazon sarebbe un buon punto di partenza.
Mi dispiace non poter fare di più per risolvere il tuo problema, ma sarò lieto di rispondere a qualsiasi altra domanda tu possa avere.

Hello! Unfortunately this isn't something I am able to help with over the Forum. It sounds like you have access to a specific cPanel account and not root access to the server, so you would need to speak with your hosting provider.
While we do create the cPanel product we do not actually host your website. I see your website is hosted at Amazon, but I am not able to tell if it is with them directly or through a reseller, but contacting Amazon would be a good start.
I am sorry I can not do more on my side for your problem but I would be happy to try and answer any other questions you may have.
