download emails from roundcube

I'm unable to download an email folder. The email folder instructions indicating how it's done (folder actions) is not showing a download option. Is there another way I can download an entire folder?

  Hey there!  There's no native download function in Roundcube, so I don't have a way to do that.  The best option would be to connect to the email account in question through a mail client such as Thunderbird or Outlook and then you can use either a native tool or plugin to download the messages manually.
