Mail server not responding; trusted certificate expired
I cannot get mail on any of my devices (PC, iPad, or iPhone). This is not a good situation. PC simply won't pull in mail; iPad and iPhone tell me the mail server isn't responding, that I have entered incorrect credentials (nope, they're correct), or that there is a "bad certificate format". HELP please. I need to be able to access my mail!!! - thank you!

Hi Susan,
With little information I'm asking some simplistic questions as it could be something as simple as a firewall blocking your IP. Are all of your devices connected to the same network? Eg: WiFi hotspot? If so, disconnect one device and try again.
Are you able to connect to yourdomain.com/webmail and log in that way? If that page won't load it's very likely it is a firewall block and you'd need to contact your hosting provider to unblock your IP.
You could also try rebooting your modem and see if your ISP provides a new IP, this will only work providing your ISP hasn't given you a static IP.
Try the webmail option, hopefully your hosting provider has given you the option to access mail using Roundcube.
Good luck.

It also sound like you only have access to your cPanel account, so it would be best to reach out to your hosting provider directly to have them fix this issue.
