Zstandard is not supported by EasyApache 4

Hello,

EasyApache 4 does not have any packages for Zstandard compression algorithm. We have lived a lot of time with GZIP and BROTLI; it is time for something new. The support of Zstandard compression algorithm should have been already implemented on cPanel.

  Hey there!  Thanks for pointing this out.  It's worth noting that Apache doesn't have an official module for zstd compression like they do for brotli and gzip, which is why we haven't offered zstd support previously.

  If we were to offer this it would likely be a custom mod_zstd package like some others have created through open source tools.

  I have created case EA4-363 with our EasyApache team so we have a record of this in our system, but at this point I will say it's unlikely for this to be implemented unless we get more requests from users.
