We had to run upcp (cPanel update) first to update to CL 6.5 and then EasyApache worked properly. No problems since then.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that's not the case. All his email accounts are unrestricted and accessible through other Webmail clients and IMAP. Seems to affect just Horde.
