Its a clean permissions issue and look like you have unzipped a cpanel backup file ? There is a script which fixes the permissions for the files. Your hosting provider should help you out with it.

check the apache error logs at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log as well as /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see whats happening exatctly

after resetting the root password for server and whm, go to /var/cpanel/sessions/cache this is where the sessions are cached so I believe removing those sessions should do what you are looking for.

Correct the Reverse DNS entry, make sure it is associated with the domain name in the issue and it has to be configured at your server provider/data center.
