Di you have root access to this server, or do you have an account on it? If the latter you might need to speak with your Hosting Provider about this so they can whitelist the rule for your account ...

Your cPanel server will automatically install an SSL certificate for the hostname, if it hasn't already since you posted this thread several hours ago. :)
