The easier route to go would be to disable indexes in that apache config.

I would not try to isntall 10.2. I'm not sure why that is showing as a viable option for you. It shouldn't and normally doesn't.

Are you using Proxmox? If so you have to shut down the VM, go into the devices, open the disk and check the box that says to enable quotas.

Actually, the virtfs should not contribute to user quota, though should be links. You cannot just remove those files if you do then you could potentially remove them from teh users account as well...
