Thanks for your reply, I think I found it with strace, there was a file with the wrong permissions. Till now I can't see any errors.

Hi Michael, I think I got working. I edit the dnszone for my servername and when I test it with root@vps [~]# exim -bt root@*****.com I get the right answer
