    Yes, the VPS or Dedicated system will give me more control for sure. Just not an option for now ( $$). So, the forwarder will work okay.

    As I'm on a shared server, the hosting company wasn't able to offer the "archive" feature, as it will affect all the other users, and possibly cause a disk space management problem.

    The cPanel users aren't full Linux users, but just additional users with limited access to the system, such as FTP access. Yes, I've only just realised this, thanks for your help. :)
