If you have root acces to whm in the NGINX manager you can disable cache globaly or by user.

For mail migrations I use imapsync online, haven't tested on exchange/O365 enviroments but works pretty well, at least the paid option.

Nginx cache can only be disabled through WHM NGINX menu, you can set if it is active or not for each account.
