I can definitely connect to the remote machine via SSH, I hit the test connection button and it says OK - and it lists out accounts & packages! I dunno, I guess starting a ticket is the way to go ...

I accidentally ran this command AS ROOT... /chmod -R user / instead of /chmod -R user ./ My hosting provider said they will setup new HDD's, and attach the old ones via USB for me to copy ever...
