I can definitely connect to the remote machine via SSH, I hit the test connection button and it says OK - and it lists out accounts & packages! I dunno, I guess starting a ticket is the way to go ...

I did actually try that, and I also tried rebuilding Apache via EasyApache, thinking that a rebuilt would reset permissions. None of that worked. :( I'm honestly surprised & confused why EasyApach...
