    I can confirm this happening on my servers as well, cpanel updates overwriting /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf all my custom rules were gone.

    I am having the same issue, enabled greylisting but it doesn't seem to be working. Greylist reports are empty and exigrep greylisting /var/log/exim_mainlog returns nothing. On 11.50.1 (build 3)
