Hello, Check to ensure that you also configured the name server IP addresses for those name servers at your domain registrar. There's a document explaining how to do this at:

I forgot to mention that I have asked my datacenter to setup the rDNS of the IPs correctly. One for the hostname and the other two for the nameservers. Still nothing happened.
