Have you tried using MailChimp's embedded form with a reCAPTCHA integration instead? It might bypass the restrictions SiteJet has with custom forms.

Ugh, I’ve run into this before too.  I ended up manually deleting them through cPanel to free up space, but it’s definitely not ideal.
