    That is interesting.  I don't know much about this.  I suppose they are loaded at different times, or else it would make sense that the three are loaded at the same time, in the same .PRE file.

    Do the SpamAssassin plugins for DKIM, SPF and DMARC come with the stock build of cPanel?  Or do they cost extra?
