spf/dkim/rdns is all configured we have been able to send email for quite some time it's only last few days. is there anything i can do in the interim? my clients obviously need to send email ASAP...

Thanks for the replies, the offending website is an old installation of vBulletin so it's highly likely it's poorly optimised or a is a big target for attacks. It's a large site with 3GB database ...

The last client response was easily fixed, he was using the wrong IMAP settings. The second support from @domain.co.uk are still saying they are not receiving emails, i setup an account for myself...

Thanks for the reply.. i didn't realise i needed to allow outgoing on the destination server, i only allowed incoming on the source server :) it's fixed now.

can you ping or tracert to the domain, does it resolve to your IP. Good idea... I pinged the domain and no, it doesn't resolve to my IP.
